Dear Brethren:
Greetings of peace and joy from our Lord and Savior.
Let me express my heartfelt thanks and warm congratulations to you, your co-officers and members for your constant and active participation in doing the work and mission of your respective conferences.
I am glad that by God’s grace we victoriously hurdled all odds as a new church recognized organization. This is our third year of existence in the national level after we were recognized by the General Assembly last 2006 at Digos City .
I am happy to inform you that our Second NCYAF Quadrennial Assembly will be on May 20-24, 2010 at UCCP Manjuyod, Negros Oriental with the Theme. “Discerning and Obeying God’s Will In These Critical Times”. Every Conference is entitled to send three elected official delegates and you as the chairperson (a total of four in your conference), and unlimited number of observers.
The following are the things which every delegate/observer will prepare and bring:
1. Fare - Back & Forth
2. Assembly Registration - Php 300.00
3. Meals - 250.00
4. Souvenir T-Shirt - 200.00
5. Pocket Money, Camera, Sportswear and Swimming Attire
6. Malong or any Light Beddings
7. Tent - for those who want to sleep within the church premises
Attached is the Schedule of Activities of our Second Quadrennial Assembly.
Our Assembly will be highlighted with various activities such as worships, Motorcade, BTR, Plenary, Revision of our Constitution and By-Laws, Sports, Swimming, Election of Officers, etc.
All delegates of the Quadrennial Assembly are requested to wear descent attire whenever activities are held inside the church. Sandos, slippers and shorts are highly discourage.
May I request you also to please study our Constitution and By-Laws and submit your propose amendments on or before the end of October to the following persons:

As a new organization, we depend more on the financial support from our conferences in doing administrative functions, implementing programs and the holding of our Second Quadrennial Assembly.
It is at this premise that I am requesting you to please remit your Annual Quota starting on the year that you were recognized in the conference level after our recognition in 2006 by the General Assembly.
Attached is our Annual Quota Matrix for your reference. The amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) every year is just a minimum. We are grateful if you could share beyond it, and, if you love to give starting on the year 2006 irrespective of when you were recognized by your conference.

Attached also are the Pre-Registration Forms for all official delegates and observers of your conference. Please submit these to your convenor before the end of December 2009 so that we can have the idea of the total number of participants.
Further, you are requested to bring your conference banner which will be used in our motorcade and all throughout the assembly.
You are also requested to please give to your convenors pictures of your activities (conference level) because these will be included in the picture exhibits, by jurisdiction, for the whole duration of our General Assembly.
Lastly, I am praying for your continuous and untiring participation in the life and work of your respective conference.
